OM FOLDER SET

In an effort to increase efficiency and save on cost, I reimagined the Offering Memoranda for 2018. Instead of have everything contained within the OM itself, we had a booklet containing an overview and information about the local metropolitan area and a folder to contain it and the pertinent OM.

Aside from saving cost on the more expensive pages in the OM, we can more easily update the local metro information (and be sure it’s at it’s most recent rendition).
