An Offering Memorandum (OM) used by the Sales Team as a marketing tool to to broker the sale of multifamily commercial real estate.

This particular OM focused on a property in Uptown, Chicago, Illinois that required development. Inside, the book featured neighborhood details to no only sell the site itself, but the area is sits within. Telling a story is key to helping a buyer (who may not be from the area) understand the potential value in the deal.
