KIG CRE’s annual report of the state of Chicagoland’s multifamily real estate market. 2017’s report was printed on McCoy Silk, and the front cover features multiple panels displaying a timeline of events.

The real challenge with this project was taking the large quantity of data and displaying it in manageable portions for the reader. Chicago and the comparison cities were givens icons to represent them throughout the National Overview, and, in all sections, icons and infographics prevail with actual text was limited where possible.
